There can be two types of Shipping Charges Involved in any purchase- Forward Shipping Charge and Reverse Shipping Charge.
If the Package is sent to the customer and the customer keeps the product, only Forward Shipping Charge applies.For orders above a certain value, the shipping charge is not borne by the customer.
If the Package is sent to the customer and the customer decides to:
A. Return the Product- The Customer will now have to ship back the package to ensure that the package reaches us within 7 days. The reverse shipping charge in this case shall be borne by the customer. Read our Shipping, Return and Refund Policy to Know More about this.
B. Replacement Product- There can be two situations here, if the replacement is being sought after by the customer because of any mistake or misjudgement made from our end, the reverse shipping charge and Forward Shipping for Replacement package shall be borne by us. However, if the same is because of any misjudgement made by the customer, the same charges shall be borne by the customer.
