Shipping, Return and Exchange

We love what we do; our team works hard to provide you the best of products and customer service. We are sure that you will love our products as much as we love them. Shipping

Dispatch Time:

2-3 Working Days- For products ordered from our collection online

3-4 Working Days- For Custom Order

7-10 Working Days- for Bulk Custom order (>10 Pc)

Delivery Time:

After dispatching the product, the Standard Delivery Time is 2-4 Working Days in case of Metro Cities and 3-6 Working Days in case of Non- metro Cities.

However, in case of any out of the ordinary situation like heavy rains, Bad weather conditions, Imposition of New State Law or Regulation or any unforeseen situation, a further delay of 2-4 days can be expected, it is not in our hands, but you can always contact us to know the status of your order or track it by going to your order history.

COD Orders: In case of COD orders, Our Support Team will call you to confirm the phone number, address and order, please make sure that you confirm the orders. Our products are Made to Order. No order will be shipped if not confirmed by the buyer.

Non Serviceable Pin codes: Please check if your delivery pin code is serviceable or not. If the pin code is non-serviceable or delivery to your Delivery area is restricted for some reason, the same shall be communicated to you via mail or call within 24 hours from the time you place the order.

If you want Express Delivery for the product, please leave a note for the same, our agent will get in touch with you and help you, if possible.

Refund Policy

A lot of hard work goes into making the products that we offer, All products are made to order, Our design and manufacturing team works hard on all the products, however, we have a Human Team at Work, so there is always a margin of error, in our case, the error percentage happens to be low (0.02%). We have a simple refund policy that is drafted to ensure the best interest of both parties involved.

Refund is Provided if the Product is returned to us within 7 Days in its original Condition to customers who have received wrong/damaged product. We have a no question asked return for customers who have received Wrong, Damaged or Incomplete order from our end. 

If the customer changes his mind to keep the product or if the customer wants to return the product for any reason other than the product being damaged or defected, Refund will not be provided.

Refund, if approved, will be done in the form Of "Store Credits"

If the sent product is damaged or defected or if the order is incomplete, the refund shall be credited into your Source Account within 7 days through NEFT. For further information, you can contact us via mail or call.

Order Cancellation

If the order is cancelled before the Product has gone into print, we will cancel the order, no questions asked.

If the order is cancelled post dispatch, Invoice Value – Shipping Cost will be refunded.

Order Return

If the customer wants to return the order post receiving it, they have 7 days post the Delivery Time. Once we receive a return request, our team will go through the request, if the order delivered to you is damaged, defected, has a printing error, printing mistake, If the wrong size is delivered to you and/or if there is misshipment, we will be happy to issue a return or refund, whatever applicable.  

We request you to please review the product, read product description and choose colour and Size carefully before placing an order.

Return/Refund is not available if the customer wants to return the order post receiving it for no apparent reason, except having changed His/her mind.

Exchange

Replacement requests much like the Return requests should be initiated as soon as the delivery is done. We have a 7-Day Exchange Policy. Inform us of any exchange request as soon as you receive the package and ship it immediately.

If the customer wants a replacement because Of Misshipment of any kind including but not limited to wrong product, wrong size, damaged product sent, incomplete order, we will bear the shipping charges, handling charges and whatever other charges applicable.

If the customer wants a replacement because they ordered the Wrong Size, Wrong Product, Wrong Color, Wrong Size, Multiple Quantities, the handling charges, forward-reverse shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

Please Ensure that:

  1. The product is returned in its original condition.
  2. The product is unused, unwashed, not ironed or refurbished. We send products that are Brand new and tailor made for our customers; we want the returns to reflect the same.
  3. The return request and return delivery falls within the set time.

We understand that can be cases where we will need to deter a little from the Standard policies; we will go that extra mile, if and when required.

Customer- Support Policy

Our mistake rate is as rare as to the point of "not going to happen" but if there has been an error, we apologise for it and we shall do everything in our power to do right by our customers. Please inform our support staff of your complaints and queries, we are open to criticism but do not threaten, abuse, harass or demean any of our support staff.
